MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS. TEXAS <br />MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2009 <br />5:30 4'CLOCK P.M. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, February 2, <br />2009, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Reeves Hayter. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Reeves Hayter, Chairman <br />Curtis Fendley, Vice-Chairman <br />Bill Harris <br />Richard Hunt, Secretary <br />Darin Manning <br />Benny Plata <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Brad Archer <br />G. Lisa A. Wright, Community Development Director, was also present. <br />2. Approval of minutes .fi~om previous meetings. Motion to approve the minutes of the <br />January 5, 2009, meeting was made by Curtis Fendley, seconded by Bill Harris. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br />ITEMS 3A and 4. WERE COMBINED: <br />3. Public hearing to provide an opportunity to present comments and written evidence and <br />consideration of and action on recommending to the Citv Council the adoption ofproposed <br />amendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map as follows: <br />A. That the fisture land use recommended for the property located Lots 9 and 10, <br />Block 3, Maryville Addition, being numbers 1004 and 1010 I? Street S.E., be changed <br />from Low Density Residential to Commercial. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of an actiofz on t12e petition ofATLYBnterprises, Inc. for <br />a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Multiple-Farnily <br />Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) on Lots 9 and 10, Block 3,Maryville Addition, being <br />number 1004 and 101012`h Street S.E. <br />A.
