<br />and TOM COBB, JR. and wife, JUDITH COBB (the latter by and through her duly authorized

<br />of Paris, part of the JOHN SKIDMORE SURVEY, No. 889, and the JOHN W. WILLIAMS SURVEY,
<br />No. 1001, and a part of a 1570.34-acre tract of land conveyed to Joe Paul Cobb et al.
<br />by deed of record in Book 568, Page 722, Lamar County Deed Records; more particularly
<br />described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all necessary pur-
<br />poses, being the plat and field notes of a survey made by J. M. Nelson, Registered
<br />Professional Land Surveyor, dated February 22, 1995.
