~ <br />The conveyance evidenced by this deed is made subject to the following, to the <br />~ extent each affects the within described property or any part thereof: <br />1. The items listed in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof for <br />~ al1 necessary purposes; and <br />Tne fallowing restrictions, which shall be covenants running with the land <br />for a period ot twent_y (20) years from date hereof, and will he a limitation to the <br />a~ use and enjoyment of the within described property for such period of time: <br />(a) The within described property shall be used for residential purposes <br />only, and shall not be used for any commercial or manufacturing purposes. All dwellings <br />shall be new buildings constructed on site only; it being the intent of this covenant to <br />g~ prohibit the moving of any existing buildings onto this property, and the remodeling or <br />~ converting of same into a dwelling unit.
