Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structur-es considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />Ciry of Paris, Paris, 7'exas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structures, " to determine whether such buildings or str-uctures can be rehabilitated and <br />designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmat•k, or as historic propertv as designated by the City Council of the eity of Paris: <br />A. 635 7`h Street N. W. (Westgate Apartments) <br />B. 54514`h Street N. W. <br />C. 40613`h Street S. W. <br />D. 2606 W. Sherman <br />E. 2131 W. Cherry Street <br />Motion was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Ben Vaughan, to send all structures to <br />the Building and Standards Commission for deinolition since they cannot be rehabilitated <br />nor do they have significant historical value. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Request items fof•,future agendas. There were none. <br />9.
