The perception of the law enforcement community just took a hit from the recent <br />much publicized dash cam video of a Dallas police officer's mishandled traffic <br />contact. <br />Your demonstration of concern and compassion for this lady demonstrated we <br />have good officers out there who do understand the importance of compassion <br />and caring for the citizens, even when it is not necessarily a law enforcement <br />function.
