S. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following szructures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paf-is, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structur-es, " to determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and <br />designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris: <br />A. 901 S. Main; Lot 19, City Block 158 <br />B. 1305 Pine Bli ff,• Lot 10, City Block 70-C <br />C. 416 E. Grove, Lot 2, City Block 75-A <br />D. 805 4'" Street N. W.; Lot 1, City Block 99 <br />E. 717 4"' Street N. W.; Lot 8 and 8A, City Block- 89 <br />F. 539 W. Campbell; Lot 14 and 14-A, Citv Block 88-B <br />G. 805 St1i Street N. W.; Lot 8 and 9, Citv Block 88-8 <br />H. 611 10"' Street N. W.; Lot 24, City Block 83 <br />L 41014`" Street N. W.; Lot 6, City Block 230 <br />J. 1376 W. W.; Lot 6, City Block 232 <br />Motion was made by Matt Coyle, seconded by Jerry Raper, to send all structures to the <br />Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they cannot be rehabilitated nor <br />do they have significant historical value. Motion carried unanimously. <br />6. Request items for future agendas. Citizen's forum and banner signs. <br />7.
