year with all terms beginning on May 1 and ending on Anri130 of each year; and, WHEREAS, the term of the new members appointed to the various City Boards and Commission shall begin May 1, 2009; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that the following persons be appointed to the following list of City Boards and Commission and the same should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the following appointments are hereby made to the Airport Advisory Board: . and to serve three-year terms from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012. Section 3. That the following appointments are hereby made to the Building and Standards Commission: and as regular members to serve three-year terms from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012. Section 4. That the following appointments are hereby made to the Historic Preservation Commission: (Landmark property resident) and (Historical Society) as regular members to serve three-year terms from May 1, 2009 to Apri130, 2012. Section 5. That the following appointments are hereby made to the Library Advisory Board: and as regular members to serve three-year terms from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012. Section 6. That the following appointments are hereby made to the Main Street Advisory Board: and as a regular members to serve three-year terms from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012. Section 7. That the following appointments are hereby made to the Paris Economic Development Corporation Board: and as regular members to serve three-year terms from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2012. Section 8.
