Brady Environmental Services, Inc. <br />1.1.9.4 All asbestos-containing waste materials shall be <br />removed from the site at or before the time of final <br />acceptance and properly disposed of within ten (10) <br />days of project completion. <br />1.1.10 Re-establishment of Work Area <br />1.1.10.1 Upon passing clearance testing in accordance with <br />Section 1.1.8, the contractor shall dismantle each <br />containment and re-establish each work area. <br />1.1.11 Utilities <br />1.1.11.1 Electricity and water will be provided to the <br />contractor by the City of Paris. A pole to provide <br />power will be set up at the jobsite by the City of Paris. <br />It will be responsibility of the contractor to have a <br />licensed electrician set up set up GFCI distribution <br />panels to provide distribution for the project and for <br />the consultant's air monitoring equipment. <br />1.1.12 Security <br />1.1.12.1 The contractor shall be responsible for 24-hour site <br />security through his employees and/or a contract <br />security service for all regulated areas and other areas <br />affected by contractor's work. Containment shall be <br />constructed so as to allow for the proper securing of <br />the building after work hours. <br />1.1.13 Notification <br />1.1.13.1 Notices under the NESHAP and TDSHS (TDSHS) <br />regulations have been filed by the consultant in a <br />timely manner as required for the asbestos removal to <br />start as directed by owner.
