SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY. Real property designed <br />and used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual <br />storage spaces to customers for the purpose of storing and <br />removing personal property on a self-service basis. <br />STANDBY PERSONNEL. Qualified fire service personnel, <br />approved by the Fire Code Official, whose only duty shall be to <br />perform constant patrols of the protected premises and keep <br />watch for fire. When utilized, the number required shall be as <br />directed by the Fire Code Official. Charges for utilization shall <br />be as normally calculated by the jurisdiction. <br />TWO-WAY HOSE CONNECTION. A fire hose connection having <br />both external 21/z-inch National Hose Standard threads and <br />externall~/z inch National Hose Standard threads. <br />(20) Section 302.1 shall be amended as follows: <br />Add two sentences to the end of the definition of "Bonfire" that <br />reads: Bonfires shall not be any larger than 2400 cubic feet <br />prior to ignition and the fuel shall not be constructed to be <br />higher than 12 feet. The Fire Code Official may allow projections <br />to be higher than 12 feet if, in his opinion, the hazard is not <br />increased by allowing such. <br />Add a sentence to the end of the definition of "Open Burning" <br />that reads: Recreational fires and bonfires are types of open <br />burning. <br />Add the following definition: <br />TRAINING FIRE. A fire conducted by the Paris Fire Department, <br />or other entity as allowed by the Fire Code Official, for the sole <br />purpose of training in the extinguishment of fires. Proper <br />notification must be given to TCEQ in accordance with the Texas <br />Outdoor Burning Rule. <br />(21) Section 307.2 shall be amended to read as follows: <br />307.2 Permit required.
