(89) Section 1028.2 shall be amended to read as follows: <br />1028.2 Reliability. Required exit accesses, exits or exit <br />discharges shall be continuously maintained free from <br />obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of <br />fire or other emergency. Security devices affecting means of <br />egress shall be subject to approval of the Fire Code Official. <br />(90) Section 1504.4 shall be amended, in part, to read as follows: <br />1504.6 Fire Protection. Spray booths and spray rooms <br />installed, constructed , or remodeled after the adoption of this <br />code shall be protected by an approved automatic fire- <br />extinguishing system [remainder of section unchanged} <br />(91) Section 2204.1 shall be amended to read as follows: <br />2204.1 Supervision of dispensing. The dispensing of fuel at <br />motor fuel-dispensing facilities shall be in accordance with the <br />following: <br />1. Conducted by a qualified attendant; or, <br />2. Shall be under the supervision of a qualified attendant; or, <br />3. Shall be an unattended self-service facility in accordance with <br />Section 2204.3. <br />At any time the qualified attendant of item #1 or #2 above is not <br />present, such operations shall be considered as an Unattended <br />self-service facility and shall also comply with Section 2204.3. <br />(92) Section 2302 shall be amended by adding a second paragraph <br />to the definition of "High-Piled Combustible Storage" to read as <br />follows: <br />Any building exceeding 12,000 sq. ft. that has a clear height in <br />excess of 12 feet, making it possible to be used for storage in <br />excess of 12 feet, shall be considered to be high-piled storage <br />and shall comply with the provisions of this section. When a <br />specific product cannot be identified, a fire protection system <br />shall be installed as for Class IV commodities, to the maximum <br />pile height. <br />31 <br />- 0U019S <br />
