differences occur between the provisions of this Code and the <br />referenced standards, the provisions of this Code shall apply. <br />Whenever amendments have been adopted to the referenced <br />codes and standards, each reference to said code and standard <br />shall be considered to reference the amendments as well. Any <br />reference to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) or the ICC <br />Electrical Code shall mean the Electrical Code as adopted by the <br />City of Paris. <br />(5) Section 105.1.4 shall be added as follows: <br />105.1.4 Fees. The Fire Code Official shall administer the <br />following charges: <br />(a) Fire Protection Permit $0.03/square foot building, or <br />$50.00, whichever is greater. <br />(b) Re-inspection fees $75.00 per re-inspection. <br />(c) When City Fire Code Official requires third-party Plan <br />Review and inspections, or both Actual Costs + 10% <br />Administration fee to City of Paris. <br />(d) Burn permits <br />a. Standard - per occurrence, per day $50.00 <br />b. Agricultural -(over ten acres), per year no charge. <br />No fees shall be charged for any subsequent plan review of <br />changes, additions, or revisions to plans which plan review was <br />initiated solely by the Fire Code Official, or his designee, for <br />items that the Fire Code Official failed to identify on a previous <br />plan review. <br />(6) Section 105.4 shall be amended by adding a new Section <br />105.4.7 to read as follows: <br />Section 105.4.7 Third Party Plan Review. The Fire Code <br />Official has the authority to require third-party fire plan review <br />of construction documents. Such third-party plan review shall <br />be at the sole expense of the owner/developer/applicant, plus <br />an additional 10% administrative fee to the City of Paris based <br />on total cost of third-party plan review. <br />4 <br />~ ooQi7'~ <br />
