b) The City will acquire needed ROW and incur all associated fees (e.g. utility adjustments, surveys, etc); and c) The ROW owned by the City of Paris that will be associated with the realignment of FM 1507 will be considered "to be used for public transportation purposes." Surveying costs for the entire project is estimated at $11,860, regardless of which roadway width is chosen adjacent to the new Paris High School. The plan is to acquire the additiona140-feet of ROW which when added to the 40-feet donated by the High School property will be the minimum ROW width for an arterial roadway (80-feet). The cost of right-of-way acquisition has not been determined. The following list (in no particular order) has been developed from suggestions from Council Members and meetings with staf£ 1. Restoration of the City Hall exterior and interiar repairs and finish out 2. City Hall roof replacement 3. Restoration of the Bywaters peristyle 4. Restoration of the plaza fountain 5. Replacement of sidewalks around the plaza 6. Replacement of the fishing pier at Lake Crook 7. Adding an emergency electrical generator sufficient to run City Hall and Annex 8. Expansion of the skateboard park and relocation to the Sports Complex 9. Building a warehouse to improve and consolidate purchasing functions 10. Gateway monuments (such as the one on Hwy 24 next to Evergreen Cemetery) on Hwy 271 North, Hwy 271 South, Hwy. 82 East, Hwy. 82 West, and FM 195 11. Installation of a pocket park in the building burn out in the 100 block of Main SE 12. Paving Sports Complex parking lots 13. Development of additional fields at Sports Complex 14. Building parking for Trail de Paris at Collegiate Drive trailhead together with a Collegiate Drive entrance into the Police Department. 15. Straightening Bonham St./Grand Avenue 16.
