b) The City will acquire needed ROW and incur all associated fees (e.g. utility adjustments, surveys, <br />etc); and <br />c) The ROW owned by the City of Paris that will be associated with the realignment of FM 1507 will <br />be considered "to be used for public transportation purposes." <br />Surveying costs for the entire project is estimated at $11,860, regardless of which roadway width is chosen <br />adjacent to the new Paris High School. The plan is to acquire the additiona140-feet of ROW which when <br />added to the 40-feet donated by the High School property will be the minimum ROW width for an arterial <br />roadway (80-feet). The cost of right-of-way acquisition has not been determined. Restoration of the City Hall exterior and interiar repairs and finish out <br />2. City Hall roof replacement <br />3. Restoration of the Bywaters peristyle <br />4. Restoration of the plaza fountain <br />5. Replacement of sidewalks around the plaza <br />6. Replacement of the fishing pier at Lake Crook <br />7. Adding an emergency electrical generator sufficient to run City Hall and Annex <br />8. Expansion of the skateboard park and relocation to the Sports Complex <br />9. Building a warehouse to improve and consolidate purchasing functions <br />10. Gateway monuments (such as the one on Hwy 24 next to Evergreen Cemetery) on Hwy 271 North, <br />Hwy 271 South, Hwy. 82 East, Hwy. 82 West, and FM 195 <br />11. Installation of a pocket park in the building burn out in the 100 block of Main SE <br />12. Paving Sports Complex parking lots <br />13. Development of additional fields at Sports Complex <br />14. Building parking for Trail de Paris at Collegiate Drive trailhead together with a Collegiate Drive <br />entrance into the Police Department. <br />15. Straightening Bonham St./Grand Avenue <br />16.
