Discuss alternate means of maintaining the vacant lots like we discussed with Rev Price I.E. adjacent property, owners mowing them and then after a period of time the property is given to them on the condition the maintenance is continued. In addition the proposal of Rev Price providing volunteers to pick up the lots if contractors will bid on mowing them.
