lO.Deliberate and act on a resolution declaring a certain 0.3305 acre <br />Channel Easement located on and across property in the 4400 block of <br />S.E. Loop 286, belonging to Hayter Engineering, Inc. is no longer <br />needed and is of no use to the City of Paris, abandoning said channel <br />easement; accepting and dedicating a new 0.3310 acre Channel <br />Easement located on the same property; authorizing the City Manager <br />to execute any and all documents necessary to abandon the existing <br />channel easement and dedicating the new channel easement. <br />Regular Agenda <br />11.Public hearing on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2009-2010 for <br />the City of Paris. <br />12.Deliberate and act on a resolution setting a public hearing on proposed <br />amendments to the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. <br />13.First public hearing on the City's proposal to increase tax revenues <br />from the preceding tax year and to set the tax rate for 2009. <br />14.Public hearing, deliberate and act on a resolution approving an <br />application for Texas Capital Fund Infrastructure Grant Program <br />funding through the Texas Department of Agriculture/Office of Rural <br />Community Affairs and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and <br />execute all necessary documents. <br />15.Public hearing, first reading, deliberate and possibly act on an <br />ordinance adopting the proposed amendments to the Future Land Use <br />Plan Map: <br />a. That the future land use recommended for the property located on <br />Lot 19, City Block 8, Sperry Addition, located at 2750 Bonham <br />Street, be changed from Low Density Residential to General Retail. <br />b. That the future land use recommended for the property located on a <br />0.470 tract of land that is part of the Wesley Askins Survey #7, <br />located at 3909 Farm to Market 195, be changed from Low Density <br />Residential to Commercial. <br />c. That the future land use recommended for the property located on <br />1.094 acres situated on the west portion of Lot part of 3, City Block <br />170-A, located at 1920 South Church Street, be changed from Light <br />Industrial to Commercial. <br />16.Public hearing, first reading, deliberate and possibly act on an <br />ordinance considering the petition of Pat Taylor for a change in zoning <br />from a Single-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) to a General <br />
