MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY OF PARIS H15TORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2009 <br />12:00 0'CLOCK P.M. <br />l. The Historic Preservation Commission meeting was called to order by Arvin Starrett, <br />Chairman. <br />A. The following inembers were present: <br />Arvin Starrett, Chainnan <br />Matt Coyle <br />Susan Scholz, Secretary <br />Paul Denney, Vice-Chainnan <br />Douglas Cox <br />Ben Vaughan <br />Jerry Raper <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />None <br />C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, City Staff. <br />2. Approval of minutes fi-om previous meetings. (September 28, 2009; October 2, 2009) <br />Motion was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Matt Coyle to approve the minutes for <br />the September 28, 2009 and October 2, 2009 meetings. Motion carried 7-0. <br />3. Consideration of and action on the_following Certificates of 'Appr•opriateness: <br />C. 123 Clarksville Street - David Stewart - Mr. Stewart presented petition. Motion <br />was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Jerry Raper to approve the COA. Motion <br />carried 7-0. <br />B. 1051 Clitsrch Street - Casey Miear-s - Mr. Miears presented the petition. Motion <br />was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Paul Denney to approve the COA. Motion <br />camed 7-0. <br />A. 401 1 S` Street S. W. - Mary Ann Campbell - No one present.
