Foley to Rabert L. Burtori and wife, Pauline M. Burton on May 30, 1989 and recorded in Volume 93, Page 42 of the Rea] Property Records of Lamar County, Texas. And being more completely described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a 1/z" iron rod (found) in the West line of the above mentioned residue 3 acre tract, tlte Northeast corner of a calied 3.02 acre tract described in a deed fiom Pauliiie M.
