Section 5.1. Persons Doing Business With the City <br />Section 6.1. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest by Persons Appearing Befo e a Bo d or City <br />Body. A person appearing befare any city board or other city body for the purpos of doing <br />business with the City shall disclose to that board or body any facts known to uch pe on which <br />may show or establish that: <br />(a) an employee or officer of the city that advises or makes presentat~ons to Te board or <br />city body; or <br />(b) any member of the board or city body; <br />has or may have a conflict of interest pursuant to Chapt. 171, Tex. Loc. Gov't. ode, or interest <br />which would violate the ethical standards set forth in this Ordinance, if he or sh were to articipate <br />in the processing or consideration of the subject matter. <br />101 <br />
