Section 5.1. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest by Persons Appearing Befo e a Bo d or City <br />Body. A person appearing befare any city board or other city body for the purpos of doing <br />business with the City shall disclose to that board or body any facts known to uch pe on which <br />may show or establish that: <br />(a) an employee or officer of the city that advises or makes presentat~ons to Te board or <br />city body; or <br />(b) any member of the board or city body; <br />has or may have a conflict of interest pursuant to Chapt. 171, Tex. Loc.
