VI. <br />VII <br />VIII <br />Chapter 573, Texas Government Code (Nepotism) <br />• Chapter 573 prohibits nepotism. <br />• "Nepotism" is defined as "Bestowal of patronage by I <br />appointing others to positions by reason of blood or marit <br />appointing authority."
