DOVER CODE <br />22-12 22-16 <br />ARTICLE III <br />DISCIPLINARY ACTION <br />22-12. Suspension or removal from office. <br />Any violation of any of the provisions of the foregoing shall constitute <br />suspension or removal from office or employment as provided by law. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />BOARD OF ETHICS; COMPLAINT PROCEDURE; PENAL <br />22-13. Board established. [Amended 2-18-98 by Ord. No. 01-981 <br />There is hereby created and established a Board of Ethics. This Board s all con <br />five (5) members of the public who shall be appointed by the Council. ffectivE <br />5, 1998, the Council Shall appoint three (3) members for* a three (3) ye r term, <br />members for a two (2) year term. All terms shall expire on December 3, 2000, <br />December 31, 2001.
