ETHICS, CODE OF 22-17 22-17. Review by the Board of Ethics. Said complaint shall be in writing, under oath, specific and to the point. Board of Ethics shall convene a non-public meeting of the Board within days for the purpose of determining if the written complaint has sufficie warrant a hearing or further investigation. 22-18.
