Rick Poston stated a concern of la <br />or time <br />involved to <br />oversee these various types of social media. Ms. O'Neal stated that the benefits (pr <br />s) far o <br />tweigh the <br />costs (cons) related to ease of information. Motion was made by John Wright to aut <br />orize <br />eve Gilbert to <br />finalize the agreements with EDSuite to provide a dedicated PEDC website in the <br />ount <br />$13,000.00 <br />and with The New Celebrity to develop and market an integrated social media port <br />1 for P <br />C in the <br />amount of $9,000.00 to include portals to the Chamber and City of Paris websites; <br />econde <br />by Pike <br />Burkhart. Motion carried. <br />The board convened into executive session at 5:03 p.m. pursuant to Section 51.08 and Section <br />551.074 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate on the following: <br />A. Section 551.087 - Economic Development Negotiations <br />B. Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters <br />Executive session ended at 6:27 p.m. As a result of executive session, Dan <br />to approve the $344.00 per month expenditure for major medical insurance for the <br />family; seconded by John Wright.
