Discussion took place concerning the <br />and recent history of how municipalities (non-taxable entities) and others (taxable e <br />bond market. Dan Smith made a motion to consider and take action on a resolution <br />issuance and sale of Paris Economic Development Corporation Sales Tax Revenue <br />Taxable Series 2010; providing for the security for and payment of said bonds; appi <br />agreement and a sales tax remittance agreement; calling outstanding obligations for <br />enacting other provisions relating to the subject; seconded by John Wright.
