AUTOMOBILE BURGLARY & THEFT PREVENTION AUTHORITY <br />DESIGNATION OF GRANT OFFICIALS <br />ABTPA rules require that three persons be designated to the positions of Authorized Official, <br />Project Director, and Financial OfFicer for the purposes of administering a grant. The Project <br />Director and the Financial Officer may not be the same person, but under extenuating <br />circumstances, one person may otherwise fill two positions.
