Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Terry Christian stated he was concerned about the privacy fence obstructing visibility for <br />24"' Street residence. Jeanna Scott stated the proposed fence will have to be moved in six <br />inches to be out of the right of way. Ms. Scott further represented the petition to the board <br />members (petitioner did not attend meeting). Motion was made by Chester Martindale, <br />seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the variance request with the exception the fence <br />remain a chain link fence and be moved six inches out of the right of way.
