KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 2010 <br />12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by Chairman Terry Christian at <br />12:00 p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Terry Christian, Chairman <br />Chester Martindale <br />Kyle McCarley <br />Allen Moore <br />Rick Hundley <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />None <br />C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, City Staff. <br />2. Approval of'miiautes,fromprevious meetirzgs. (March 2, 2010) <br />Motion was made by Chester Martindale, seconded by Rick Hundley to approve the <br />minutes for the March 2, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on tlze petition of Melvia Strickland to <br />grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9-602(5) which provides that "on a <br />corner• lot used for one farnily or two family dtivellings bot/i street exposures shall be <br />treated as fi•ont yai'ds, with a minimum side yard width of tweno~.f ve.feet " to allow no <br />mirzimunz side yard width, whach is a 25,f'oot variance (the owner is proposing to f•eplace <br />an existing.fence), on Lot Part of 19 and 23, Block 7, Brookside Addition, beilzg number <br />2409 Clark Lane. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. There was no one to speak in favor of the petition. <br />B. There was no opposition. <br />21 <br />
