Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution approving an Agreement between the City of Paris and MuniServices, LLC for consulting services regarding hotel occupancy taxes and related issues and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 13. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution awarding a bid to construct the Lake Crook Fishing Pier and authoriaing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 14. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution awarding a bid for the Trail de Paris Expansion from SE 8"' Street to SE 12"' Street and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 15. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution supporting an application to the Texas Department of Transportation to acquire the historic Goodman rainbow truss bridge from Angelina County and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. 16. Deliberate and possibly act on temporarily suspending the landfill RFP process and to evaluate all options concerning landfill disposal and residential sanitation collection. 17. Convene into ExecUtive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with this chapter. 18. Reconvene in Open Session. 19. Consider and approve future events for City Gouncil and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 20. Adjournment.
