JUNE 7, 2010 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, June 7, 2010, <br />was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Curtis Fendley, Chainnan <br />Richard Hunt <br />Bill Harris <br />Keith Barnett <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Benny Plata <br />C. Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development; and Rhonda <br />Rodgers, Council Member were also present. <br />2. Approval of minutes, f'rom previous meeting. (May 3, l01 0) <br />Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the minutes for the <br />May 3, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br />3. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot I, Block A, Mif-abeau Squaf-e 287 <br />Addition, being number 3552 Lamar Ave. <br />Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the final plat, <br />subject to the City Engineer's recommendations.
