MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2010 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, August 2, 2010, <br />was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Curtis Fendley, Chairman <br />Richard Hunt <br />Bill Harris <br />Keith Barnett <br />Benny Plata <br />Dennis Chalaire <br />James Price <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />None <br />C. Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development; and Jeanna <br />Scott, City Staff were also present. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (June 7, 2010) <br />Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the minutes for the <br />June 7, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 7-0. <br />3. Public hearing to provide an opportunity to present comments and written evidence and <br />consideration of and action on recommending to the Ciry Council the adoption of proposed <br />amendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map as follows: <br />A. That the future land use recommended for the property located on Lot N Part of <br />1-A, City Block 328, being number 3405 Bonham Street, be changed from General <br />Retail District to Commercial District. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />B. There was no opposition. <br />27 <br />
