1. One- and two-family dwellings. <br />2. Where buildings, balconies and deck are protected by an <br />approved automatic sprinkler system. <br />Section 308.3.1.1, Liquefied-petroleum-gas fueled cooking devices, shall <br />be amended to read as follows: <br />When permitted as listed in the exceptions of Section <br />308.3.1, LP-gas burners having an LP-gas container with a <br />water capacity greater than 32 fluid ounces [nominal 1 pound <br />(0.454 kg) LP-gas capacity] shall not be located on combustible <br />balconies or within 10 feet (3048 mm) of combustible <br />construction. <br />Exceptions: <br />1. One- and two-family dwellings may have containers with a <br />water capacity not greater than 5 gallons [nominal 21 <br />pound (9.08 kg) LP-gas capacity] with an aggregate <br />capacity not to exceed 1001bs (5 containers). <br />2. Other residential occupancies where buildings, balconies <br />and decks are protected by an approved automatic <br />sprinkler system, may have containers with a water <br />capaciry not greater than 5 gallons [nominal 21 pound <br />(9.08 kg) LP-gas capacity] with an aggregate capacity not <br />to exceed 40 lbs (2 containers). <br />Section 503.1.1, Buildings and facilities, shall be amended to add the <br />following language: <br />Fire lanes provided during the platting process shall be so <br />indicated on the plat. Where fire lanes currently exist, the limits <br />of the fire lane shall be shown on a site plan or plat and placed <br />on permanent file with the Fire Marshal and City Engineer. <br />No owner or person in charge of any premises served by a <br />fire lane or access easement shall abandon, restrict or close any <br />fire lane or easement without first securing from the City of <br />Paris, approval of an amended plat or other acceptable legal <br />instrument showing the removal of the fire lane. <br />Exception: single or two-family residences. <br />Section 505.1, Address numbers, shall be amended to read as follows; <br />Approved numerals of a minimum 6" height and of a color <br />11 <br />
