Kaufman <br /> 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> A meeting of the members of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held Tuesday, July 20th, <br /> 2010 at 4:10 p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> PRESENT: ABSENT: <br /> Cheri Bedford - ManStreet Manager Wendi Hildreth <br /> Matthew Coyle <br /> Wyatt Bowden <br /> Kari Daniel <br /> Ashlea Matoon <br /> Britin Bostick <br /> James Brockway <br /> GUESTS: <br /> Paul Denney <br /> Kim Lace <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> Motion was made by Matthew Coyle to approve minutes and James Brockway n d <br /> <br /> MANAGERS REPORT <br /> Sidewalk project -The Lamar Ave. portion still in need of accessibility ramps. <br /> Sidewalks just started in front of Moore Law Firm on N. Main. Have until October to <br /> finish everything with the state <br /> <br /> Farmers Market -Two new vendors presently committed, several new vendors and <br /> returning vendors each week. Homemade quilts and table runners will be available this <br /> coming week. October is the last month for the Farmer's market event. <br /> <br /> PDA - Events & Design committees were formed at the start of the year to help fill in the <br /> gap of Main Street. The last PDA meeting, it was presented that those committees join <br /> with the Main Street committees instead of having another cormnittee doing the same <br /> thing. Wyatt suggested that the confusion was with the Chamber and the PDA. The PDA <br /> committees did discuss and agree that it was a good idea for these committees to come <br /> together and join the Main Street Committees. <br /> <br /> Grand Theatre - Budget attached. There is still $6,315.00 in the budget at this time. <br /> <br /> Full Blast Productions -Grand Affair Fundraiser Event <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 24 <br />
