City wide clean-ups, including a 25 cubic yard rear-load truck with two-person crew at <br />556 each event (twice a year) <br />557 2. Neighborhood Beautification Program clean-ups (weekly) <br />558 3. Pumpkin Festival (annual) <br />559 4. City buildings, offices, & facilities (weekly or more often, as needed) <br />560 <br />561 Waste will be collected by the City's choice of collection companies at different periods chosen <br />562 by the City throughout each year.
