11 - Ordinance to amend the 2010-11 budget Human Resource Position

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the Human Resources position be transferred to the Finance/Personnel Department. Section 3. That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from the following accounts in the amounts shown as follows: CITY MANAGER 1. Salaries & Wages 01-0101-12-00 $ 39,924 2. Social Security 01-0102-12-00 $ 3,054 3. TMRS 01-0103-12-00 $ 4,507 4. Hosp/Life/Disab. Ins. 01-0104-12-00 $ 5,226 5. Worker's Comp. Ins. 01-0105-12-00 $ 176 6. Unemployment Comp. 01-0106-12-00 $ 90 TOTAL $52,977 That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances to the following accounts in the amounts shown as follows: FINANCE/PERSONNEL 1. Section 5. That the repeal of any ordinance or part of ordinances affected by the enactment of this ordinance shall not be construed as abandoning any action now pending 76
