MINUTES OF THE REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE <br />MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD <br />November 16, 2010 <br />City Hall Council Chambers <br />107 E. Kaufman <br />4:00 p.m. <br />A meeting of the members of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held Tuesday, <br />November 16, 2010 at 4:01 l p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers. <br />PRESENT: <br />Cheri Bedford Main Street Manager <br />Kari Daniel <br />Matthew Coyle <br />Britin Bostick <br />James Brockway <br />Will Henderson <br />Council Liaison: <br />Edwin Pickle <br />ABSENT: Wyatt Bowden <br />Wendy Hildreth <br />Minutes <br />Board members reviewed minutes from November meeting. Kari Daniel made a motion <br />that the minutes be approved. 7ames Brockway seconded the motion and it pass <br />unanimously. <br />Managers Report <br />Grand Theatre Past Wednesday Terracon did and assesment for cleanup process. <br />Cheri will be meeting with them and Paul Denehy tomorrow at 1:30 and board <br />members are invited. The cleanup process could take 60 days and could start in <br />February. Leadership Lamar county has already raised $15,000 towards the <br />project. <br />Holiday in Paris Scheduled attached <br />Clock Specs attached. Donated by Mrs. Haygood in memory of her husband and will <br />stand 151 tall. Main Street now has a bank account for Fundraising. Main St <br />Manger will always have access to the account and it will not be included in the <br />normal budget and funds can roll over from year to year. Currently there is $453 <br />in the account for canvas bags that have been sold. <br />Wendi Hildreth has been relocated with her job and has resigned from the board. <br />Applications from the past will be reviewed, new applications will be accepted <br />and new member will be chosen to replace her. <br />Pumpkin Festival went very well this year. Only issue was the rain and there <br />will be a plan looked into for future years. Everyone was very appreciative of <br />the Parks department for helping so quickly and continuing to clean in the rain. <br />-I 16 <br />
