The property owner is building a repair shop at this location. The property owner has submitted a variance for the construction of curb and gutter on NW 1" St. City Council approved a variance request for Ray's Place in the recent past and it is located just south of this property. All of the comments on the memos have been addressed and corrected copies have been submitted. Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat, final plat and variance reyuest.
