MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P. . <br />Director of Engi k., Planning and Development <br />DATE: February 3, 2011 <br />SUBJECT: Kelley Addition CB 78 Final Plat <br />1 have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br />1. Please submit a formal variance request for the requirement to install curb and gutter and <br />remove the request from the General Notes section. <br />2.
