KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, JANUARY 3, 2011 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, January 3, 2011, <br />was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Curtis Fendley, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Curtis Fendley, Chairman <br />Richard Hunt <br />James Price <br />Dennis Chalaire <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Keith Barnett <br />Benny Plata <br />C. Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and Development; Jeanna Scott, <br />City Staff; Joe McCarthy, Council Member; Jason Rogers, Council Member were <br />also present. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (Decen2ber 6, 2010) <br />Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by James Price to approve the minutes for <br />the December 6, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br />3. Public hearing to provide an opportunity to present comments and written evidence and <br />consideration ofand action on reconamending to the Citv Council the adoption ofproposed <br />amefzdments to the Future Land Use Plan Map as, follows: <br />A. That the future land use recommended for the property located on Lot 9, <br />City Block 281, being number 1555 17`~ Street N.E., be changed_fr•om <br />Low Density Residential to High Densitv Residential. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A.
