RESOLUTION N0. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS; <br />DESIGNATING THE AUTHORIZED CITY SIGNATORIES TO APPROVE <br />DRAWDOWN REQUESTS FROM THE OFFICE OF RURAL COMMUNITY <br />AFFAIRS FOR ALL OF THE CITY OF PARIS TEXAS' COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS; MAKING OTHER FINDIIVGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, as part of the special conditions under the Texas Community <br />Development Program Projects, and as a pre-requisite for having funds released for the <br />project, it is necessary that the City of Paris to designate authorized City personnel who <br />may review and approve drawdown requests under various Community Development <br />Program Projects, and the same should hereby be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, THAT: <br />Section 1. The findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in <br />all things approved. <br />Section 2. The following individuals are hereby authorized to review, approve <br />and sign drawdown request and other related documents for all Texas Community <br />Development Program Projects: <br />State of Texas Purchase Vouchers: <br />W.E.
