Maximum for MD accidents: $200.00 <br />Maximum for heavy duty tows: $350.00 <br />Maximum for HD Accidents: $450.00 <br />Extraordinary situations, as agreed to by the investigating officer on scene, would remove <br />all city required maximum fees and allow the service to use the published fee schedule of <br />the wrecker service on the TDLR website. <br />Extraordinary situations would include but not limited to overturned vehicles, vehicles <br />which are further than 50 feet from a roadway, vehicles in water, vehicles in ditches, or <br />other situations in which the investigating officer on the scene agrees is not the routine <br />arrest situation or accident situation. <br />86 <br />
