USE OF PREMISES <br /> <br /> Primary Purpose <br /> #3.01. Sublessee shall have the right to use the leased <br /> premises for any lawful purposes. In this connection, and without <br /> detracting from the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that the <br /> primary purpose for which the leased premises have been leased and <br /> hired is for activities and purposes of the Sublessee as outlined <br /> in its Articles of Incorporation and By-laws. <br /> Illegal- Use Not Permitted <br /> <br /> #3.02. Sublessee agrees not to use all or part of the leased <br /> premises or any building situated upon the leased premises for any <br /> use or purpose in violation of any valid and applicable law, <br /> regulation, or ordinance of the United States, the State of Texas, <br /> or the City of Paris, Texas, or other lawful authority having <br /> lurisdiction ever the leased premises. <br /> Waste and Nuisance <br /> <br /> 43.03. Sublessee shall not use, or permit the use of, the <br /> premises in any manner that results In waste of the premises or <br /> constitutes a nuisance.
