<br /> <br /> <br /> Scope of Work - Lead Paint Abatement 1rerracon <br /> Grand Theatre c 21 Lamar Avenue, Paris, Texas <br /> April 11, 2011 ® Terracon Project No. 94107645 <br /> <br /> d) Wash all of the surfaces vacuumed in the same sequence previously described. <br /> The Contractor shall utilize a 5-10% tri-sodium phosphate (TSP) detergent solution <br /> or other equally effective cleaning agent and allow the surface to dry. The <br /> Contractor shall clean water rinse all surfaces after washing. <br /> <br /> e) HEPA vacuum all surfaces, as detailed above. <br /> <br /> f) The wastewater from cleaning shall be contained and disposed in accordance <br /> with this work plan. <br /> <br /> Post-abatement or removal to determine if previously specified clearance criteria has <br /> been met in each area of remediation. The clearance level has been established at 40 <br /> micrograms per square foot (µg/ft) on horizontal surfaces. The specific location and <br /> number of samples will be determined upon conclusion of the remediation. If at any time <br /> <br /> the post-abatement or removal wipe samples exceed the clearance levels identified. The <br /> Contractor shall be responsible additional cleaning of the area to attempt to achieve <br /> clearance levels. If additional cleaning is required, the Contractor will perform the re- <br /> cleaning with no adjustment in the contract price. <br /> <br /> PERSONAL MONITORING: <br /> <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall perform air monitoring as required to meet OSHA <br /> requirements for maintenance of Time Weighted Average (TWA) and excursion limit <br /> fiber counts for types of respiratory protection provided. The OWNER will not be <br /> providing air monitoring services to meet these OSHA requirements. Note: Results of <br /> Personal Monitoring shall be submitted to the CONSULTANT within 72 hours of the time <br /> samples are obtained.
