Furrgal-Biological Hazard Remediation Protocol <br />Grand Theater e 21 Lamar Street, Paris, Texas <br />April 11, 2011 ■ Terracon Project No. 94117645 <br />Irerracon <br />v. Representative air samples shall be collected from within the containment, the outdoor <br />environment, and analyzed by standard optical light microscopy methodology. Total <br />bioaerosol analysis rnust be conducted by a licensed Mold Analysis Labaraiory. Any <br />area whose air test does not meet post remediation criteria wiil be i-e-tested following <br />cleaning and air scrubbing of those areas. Total bioaerosol analysis will be used to <br />assess fihe second floor containment. <br />vi. Total bioaerosoi analytical clearance criteria will be based on qualitative and quantitative <br />similarity between indoor sampies and ambient outdoor control samples collected <br />contemporaneously. Air samples will be collected and analyzed in a manner that <br />provides a minimum detection limit of 43 spore/m3. Qualitatively consistent/dissimilar <br />fungal aerosols within the containment, relative to the outdoor environment, should not <br />exceed 650 spore/m3. <br />13.0 WASTE DISPOSAL <br />Waste materials will be double bagged or wrapped in six (6) millimeter polyethylene <br />unlabeled disposai bags. Disposal bags will be HEPA vacuumed prior to removal from the <br />work areas. Debris will be disposed as construction waste and placed in an enclosed, <br />secured dumpster provided by the contractor uniess otherwise noted. <br />14.0 POST PROJECT SUBMITTALS <br />Post project submittals and invoices shall be submitted to City of Paris, in accordance with <br />Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) regulations contained in "The Texas <br />Mold Assessment and Remediation Ru/es" (25 TAC §295.301-295.338). <br />15.0 MITIGATION OF MOISTURE <br />The building owner is responsibie for the mitigation of moisture intrusion and the required <br />remedial actions should be provided to the MAC. <br />r Roof repairs must be verified to ensure that moisture intrusion due to roof leaks has been <br />mitigated. <br />7 <br />~~.aci~'eL)i~ .la:'- ■ ~'.'-`.ai_a f~t.F`;il~ i ~~f'.~i :.a-- <br />. <br />~ <br />RnAC ~r 0107111-10-12 <br />
