On a motion made by Ronny <br /> Bolton seconded by Robert High the financial reports were approved. <br /> <br /> Ambassadors Report: Stephen Gerrald reported the following as new members: Agape Care <br /> Pharmacy, assigned director, Jon Landers; Alton Hess Plumbing, assigned director, Greg <br /> Wilson; Computer Support, assigned director, Stephen Gerrald; Two Rivers Antiques, assigned <br /> director, Becky Semple; and Vital Beet, assigned director, Kenny Dority. The director of the <br /> month for April is Kenny Dority. <br /> <br /> Visitors and Convention Council: Bobby Walters reported on the ASA Tournament and the <br /> Texas Tumbling State event being held on the same weekend and the possibility of having a <br /> shortage of hotel rooms available. Mr. Walters further reported on the road closure on Collegiate <br /> Drive in front of the Civic Center and proper measures were taken to advertise the detoured route <br /> to the archers. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 14 <br />
