Public hearing, first reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance considering the request for a change in zoning from a Neighborhood Service District (NS) to a General Retail District (GR), on Lot 6, City Block 63, located at 636 Tudor Street. 13. Public hearing, first reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance authorizing the City of Paris to participate in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program under the Texas Enterprise Zone Act, Chapter 2303, Texas Government Code; providing Tax Incentives; Nominating Paris Regional Medical Center's North Campus to the Office of the Governor Economic Development and Tourism through the Economic Development Bank for designation as a Qualified Business and Enterprise Project under the Act; and designating a liaison. 14. Public hearing, deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution adopting an Findings of Fact and an Order calling for the Redistricting of Political Boundaries and City Council Districts within the City of Paris in accordance with the 2010 Census Data issued by the United States Census Bureau and State and Federal Law and Section 8 of the City Charter; and authorizing the Mayor to said Order and the City Clerk to attest to same. Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Paris, Texas will convene in special session on the 22"d day of August 2011 at 5:30 p.m. to receive public comment on redistricting of City Council districts. Following the public hearing, the City Council will take up for consideration and possible action one or more alternative plans for the redistricting of City Council districts. The City Council reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action regarding the redistricting of the City of Paris's political boundaries, including the acceptance of new boundaries for the City Council districts, modification of any boundaries, and/or tabling the pending proposals for later consideration and/or action. The Public is invited to attend and participate in this meeting. Those wishing to address the City Council should sign a speakers request form provided for this purpose. Each speaker will be asked to come before the Council, to identify themselves, their address, and the City Council district they reside within. Comments should be reasonably concise and to the point. Questions will be answered but the Council will not permit argument or excessive discussion of any particular topic. The hearing will be conducted under rules of judicial decorum. A tape recording of the hearing will be made of this hearing. Your comments will be transcribed and included with the submission of the proposed changes to existing City Council districts to the United States Department of Justice. Por medio de la presente se da aviso de que el Concilio de la Ciudad de Paris, Texas se reunira en sesion especial el dia 22 de augusto de 2011 a las 5:30 p.m. para recibir comentarios del publico sobre la nueva delimitacion de distritos del Concilio de la Ciudad. Seguido de la audiencia publica, el Concilio de la Ciudad pondra a consideracion y posible accion uno o mas planes alternativos para la nueva delimitacion distritos del Concilio de la Ciudad. El Concilio de la Ciudad se reserva el derecho de tomar toda y cualquier accion apropiada con respecto a la nueva delimitacion de la de la division politica de la Ciudad de Paris, incluyendo la aceptacion de nuevos limites para los distritos del Concilio de la Ciudad, la modificacion de cualquier limite, y/o posponer las propuestas pendientes para su posterior consideracion y/o accion.
