Se invita al Publico a asistir y participar en esta asamblea. Las personas que deseen <br />dirigirse al Concilio de la Ciudad deberan firmar un formulario de solicitud para oradores <br />que se proporciona para este fin. A cada orador se le pedira presentarse ante el Concilio, <br />identificarse, dar su direccion y el distrito del Concilio de la Ciudad al que pertenecen. <br />Los comentarios deberan ser razonablemente concisos y al punto. Las preguntas seran <br />contestadas, pero la Corte no permitira controversias ni discusiones excesivas de un tema <br />en particular. La audiencia se llevara a cabo bajo las reglas del decoro judicial, y se <br />grabara la audiencia en una cinta. Sus comentarios se transcribiran e incluiran con la <br />presentacion de los cambios propuestos a los distritos existentes del Concilio de la <br />Ciudad ante el Departamento de Justicia de los Estados Unidos. <br />15. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution adopting Criteria for Redistricting of Political <br />Boundaries within the City of Paris in accordance with 2010 Census Data issued by the <br />United States Census Bureau and State and Federal Law and Section 8 of the City <br />Charter; authorizing the Mayor to execute said Order and the City Clerk to attest to same. <br />16. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance adopting a budget for the <br />ensuing fiscal period beginning October 1, 2011, and ending September 30, 2012. <br />17. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance fixing the tax rate and the tax <br />levy and levying ad valorem taxes for the City of Paris for the year 2011 upon all taxable <br />property within the City of Paris in conformity with the Charter provisions and <br />Ordinances of the City. <br />18. Deliberate and accept the proposal from McClanahan and Holmes, L.L.P. to perform an <br />independent outside audit on the City's financial records for the periods ending <br />September 30, 2011, September 30, 2012, and September 30, 2013; and authorizing the <br />City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. <br />19. Report from Public Works Director Ron Sullivan. <br />20. Deliberate on presentation from Stan McKee regarding Oncor's Underground Cost <br />Recovery Factor (UCRF). <br />21. Deliberate and act on a Resolution authorizing the re-sale of tax foreclosure property. <br />22. Deliberate and act on a Resolution appointing Thomas E. Hunt, III as Municipal Court <br />Judge and Stephanie Harris as Associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Paris. <br />23. Deliberate and act on a Resolution accepting the bid and awarding a contract in the <br />amount of $71,777.00 for the first phase of Hazardous Materials Remediation of the <br />Grand Theater to 911 Restoration; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and <br />execute all documents. <br />24. Deliberate and act on a Resolution approving an Agreement with Hayter Engineering for <br />professional engineering services to study the feasibility of upgrading the raw water <br />pump station at Pat Mayse Lake; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and <br />execute all necessary documents. <br />25. Deliberate and act on a Resolution approving a long term Water Supply Agreement <br />between the City of Paris and Daisy Farms; and authorizing the City Manager to <br />negotiate and execute all necessary documents. <br />
