Those wishing to address the City Council should sign a speakers request form provided for this purpose. Each speaker will be asked to come before the Council, to identify themselves, their address, and the City Council district they reside within. Comments should be reasonably concise and to the point. Questions will be answered but the Council will not permit argument or excessive discussion of any particular topic. The hearing will be conducted under rules of judicial decorum. A tape recording of the hearing will be made of this hearing. Your comments will be transcribed and included with the submission of the proposed changes to existing City Council districts to the United States Department of Justice. Por medio de la presente se da aviso de que el Concilio de la Ciudad de Paris, Texas se reunira en sesion regular el dia 12 de septiembre de 2011 a las 5:30 p.m. para recibir comentarios del publico sobre la nueva delimitacion de distritos del Concilio de la Ciudad. Seguido de la audiencia publica, el Concilio de la Ciudad pondra a consideracion y posible accion uno o mas planes alternativos para la nueva delimitacion distritos del Concilio de la Ciudad.
