WHEREAS, the above-described property should be properly zoned as of the date of annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. West a distance of 371.1 feet to a highway right- of-way marker; South 70 Deg. 31 Min. West a distance of 70.7 feet to a highway right-of-way marker; THENCE North 88 Deg. 37 Min. West a distance of 1,545.8 feet along the North Boundary Line of a public road to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 00 Deg. 19 Min.
