Tract 2 ~ ' Being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, being a part of a 55.649 acre tract of land described in deed from Arden A. Rucker, et al, to Stafford Hicks, recorded in Volume 254, Page 91, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 12 inch bois d'arc post for corner, said point being the Northwest corner of said 55.649 acre tract mentioned above; THENCE South a distance of 718.7 feet to a 6 inch post for corner; THENCE South 64 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 1,350 feet to a 6 inch post for corner; THENCE North 25 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 290 feet to a 6 inch post for corner; THENCE South 68 Deg. East a distance of 642 feet to a stake set for a corner, said point being in the center of Stillhouse Road; THENCE North 35 Deg. 45 Min. East with the centerline of Stillhouse Road a distance of 272 to a stake for a corner; THENCE North 63 Deg. West a distance of 2,347.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 26.40 acres of land, more or less. Being the same property conveyed the Board of Trustees of the Powderly-Reno Independent School District by deed recorded in Volume 436, Page 14, Deed Records, Lamar County, , Texas. Tract 3 BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of that certain tract or parcel of land described in deed dated June 8, 1967, from Homer C. Ellis to Powderly-Reno Independent School District, recorded in Volume 456, Page 334, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particulary described as follows: THENCE South 0 Deg. 33 Min. East with the West Boundary Line of that property described in deed from Homer C. Ellis to Powderly-Reno Consolidated Independent School District a distance of 615 feet a stake at the Southwest corner of said tract of land, also being the Southeast corner of a tract of land owned by Estelle Council; THENCE North 59 Deg. 40 Min. West with the South Boundary Line of said Council tract of land a distance of 315 feet, a stake; THENCE North 30 Deg. 20 Min. East a distance of 528 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.91 acres of land.
