Hull to Estelle Council, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line of said Council tract of land, said point being South 85 Deg. East a distance of 294 feet from the Southwest corner of same, said point for corner being the Southeast corner of a 0.78 acre tract of land conveyed Nathan Bell by Estelle Council; THENCE North 4 Deg.
