Tract 11 Situated about 2 miles North of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey and a part of a 172.5 acre tract of land conveyed by Lamar state Bank to Mary Belle Dunagan by deed recorded in Volume 208, Page 316, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particulary described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin set for corner in the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road at the Southeast Corner of the above-mentioned tract of land; THENCE North 59 Deg. 33 Min. 45 Sec. Being the same property conveyed North Lamar Independent School District by deed recorded in Volume 714, Page 748, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; and, WHEREAS, said tract of land is contiguous and adjacent to the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and is not more than one-half (1/2) mile in width; and, WHEREAS, said petition was presented to the City Council on the 18th day of February, 1999; and, WHEREAS, after hearing such petition and the arguments for and against the same, the City Council has voted to grant such petition and to annex said territory to the City of Paris, Paris, Texas; and,
