February 26, 1962, of record in Volume 385, Page 244, of the Deed Records of said County and State; BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the above mentioned 115.55 acre tract an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of the Ewer Survey; THENCE South 0 degrees 24 minutes West a distance of 401.6 feet to an iron post for corner, the northwest corner of Texas Power and Light Company tract; THENCE South 76 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 1953.3 feet to a stake; THENCE South 66 degrees 17 minutes West a distance of 390.2 feet a stake in the North Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286; THENCE North 39 degrees 18 minutes West along said Boundary Line of said Highway 20 feet to a concrete marker; THENCE North 43 degrees 08 minutes West continuing along said Boundary Line of said Highway, 400 feet to a concrete marker; ' THENCE North 1 degree 10 minutes West a distance of 127.9 feet to a concrete marker for corner in the East Boundary Line of F.M. Highway 137; THENCE along the East Boundary Line of F. M. , Highway 137 with the following calls: North 40 degrees 46 minutes East 142.6 feet; North 43 degrees 15 minutes East 68.3 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 1849.86 feet; around said curve to the left a distance of 236.2 feet to the end of said curve; North 50 degrees 17 minutes East a distance of 468.8 feet a stake for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 1872 feet to the place of beginning and containing 37.801 acres of land, more or less. TRACT THREE: SITUATED in the Asa Jarman and James Bourland Surveys, a part of the seventh tract as described in a Receivers Deed, J. D. Beaty Receiver Company to T. J.~ ' Fouts, Jr., Trustee; ~ BEGINNING at the most northerly northwest corner of the above mentioned tract an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees 24 minutes East a distance of 684 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 56 degrees Sl minutes West a distance of 1449 feet to an iron post for corner in the West Boundary Line of the above mentioned tract; THENCE North 0 degrees 24 minutes East a distance of 401.7 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 90 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 1 degree 05 minutes East a distance of 820 feet to the place of beginning and containing 9.177 acres of land, more or less. As determined by an actual survey made on the ground by R. S. Chaney, Registered Professional Engineer No. 15688 on the 3rd day of December, 1976. Section 2. The above desc,ribed territory and area so annexed shall be part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Yaris, Texas, and the inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of-the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 3. The service plan providing for the extension of municipal services into the above described territory, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved. '
